Ingredients
Beef 1kg
Coconut 1/2
Onions 2 each
Tomatoes 1 each
Ginger 1inch
Garlic 1pod
kashmiri chillies 4 each
Cardamom 4 each
black Cardamom 1 each
Cinnamon 1inch
Cloves 4 each
Cumin 1 tsp
Star anise 2each
Nut meg 1/4
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
(khus-khus)
Coriander dry 1 tbsp
Mace 1each
Pepper corn 20 each
Tamarind 15gm
Vinegar 1 tbsp
salt to taste

Today I made Xacuti but I used star anise 3piecesand Patri small piece it was too good 2kilomeat with bones it got over in no time

You said that was dagad phool. It is called javitri or mace. Dagad phool is something different. It's like black in color
