Cook to sizes of bok choy true baby bok choy iscno longer than 2 inches i like to cook it whole 2 min on high heat with rough chopped garlic and ginger salt black peppeer and sugar then was abd cut bugger bok choy stens cross wise high heat2 minuter with more gatlic ginger sugar salt and pepper finally i half the biger keaves stirc2minwith ginger onionsugae salt and pepet add rest of bok choy pour into bowl then add my soy sauce ect i like the color of the bokchoy better
Hmmm...looks good, but I see that the leaves cook very quickly, so it might be a better idea to cut the leaves off...and add them a bit later to the mix, eh?!! Now there's a great idea, methinks!
