Well...Hello my friends!
I've got a recipe that is so easy, keto, and whole 30 friendly, if you make your own mayo, that you will absolutely LOVE!!! It is so moist and so good. Plus you can throw that extra sauce on anything really. Toss your veggies in it, throw it over your rice as I do, or even over a salad. The possibilities are endless!!! I hope you enjoy this easy and yummy dish.

INGREDIENTS:
• Lot of Prayer and Tons of Love
• 5-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Thighs
• 1c Mayonnaise
• 1tbsp Garlic Powder
• 1tbsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
• 1tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• Thinly sliced onions to top it off, if onion is your jam :)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
*Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
