These bone-in chicken thighs are first spread with mayonnaise, then topped with seasoned bread crumbs before baking. They are super crispy on the outside, and moist and tender on the inside. I hope you'll give 'em a try!
I watched this video a year or so ago. I'm so glad I ran across it again, because I made this back then, and it was fantastic! Now I know what I'm making tomorrow. Thanks so much! New Subscriber! 😊
I have a bag of boneless skinless thighs in the freezer. Going to make this recipe asap !!! Love it...simple & easy. Thank You Kevin. I'm anxiously waiting for Blueberry Seaon to make your Blueberrie pie this summer 👍👍
I was unimpressed when I made a recipe similar to this before. Obviously, I didn't use enough mayonnaise and tap the crumbs well into the thigh. Thanks for piquing my interest to retry this recipe.
Mr. Kevin, you never cease to amaze me with all of your wonderful recipes! This looks fabulously delicious! I will be making this dish the next time I pick up some chicken thighs. AND most of the time, I eat chicken, burgers, pizza and sandwiches with a knife and fork, especially when in public. Not to seem "poshly sophisticated," but because I am incurably messy when eating most foods. I just want to be neat. Thank you for the recipe and video! Bon appetit!! 😋💖🙏
You can use real homemade pork rinds from a Mexican food store. I live in northern California. They have them in a big warm glass case. They are keto friendly. I'm going to grind it up and egg the chicken, then roll it in pork rinds. I'm not saying you recipe is good. No. Your a fantastic person and cook. I'm very fond of you and your videos. Thanks Kevin. ♥️
I made this tonight and omg the chicken was so juicy and delicious! I paired it with southern cabbage and potatoes. My husband wants me to make this every week. Thank you so much!
