I just cannot like red heart. It’s just so rough. I don’t know if I’m gonna talk myself into going to Walmart and getting it anyway or not, but it’s really on my mind today

I love the colour change of the granny square yarn. Not for me but for the younger generation. 😂 in South Africa we struggle to get that yarn so i will have to try it with our variegated yarn. thank you Chrystal for the tutorial. ❤
Crystal, yesterday I dropped off 60+ skeins of LB unlimited, plus others I'll never use to the senior center. I have also included cards with your RU-vid info as they wanted new projects to work on. This hat will be perfect for them as well as all your others 😊❤
I do the same thing isn’t it wonderful to see happy faces when you give them yarn, needles and patterns they have made so many that they are donating them to animals shelters to raise money and homeless shelters and domestic violence shelters ❤
I like wearing hats due to very thin hair. I love the hat it is really cute. I will be making this hat as soon as I can decide what yarn and color. Thank you for another great tutorial!❤❤❤
Sure do love this simple bucket hat. Want to try it with the star stitch in between the top and brim. Red top white stars and blue brim. Made a solid red one and love it!

I love this hat, and I'm sure I can make it following your video. I'm a 70 year old, disabled, and former RN learning crochet because I needed a way to feel useful and contribute to my community. I have the "Ben Franklin" type of hair loss, and this would help prevent scalp sunburn for myself and homeless or low income people who need protection from the sun or just need something pretty to lift their spirits. @Pammy_Yolo this is the third flapper hat I've made this weekend. Making it with Picasso and a pink flower with rhinestones in the center, but might make this one too and put it in her backpack and she can switch midday.

Thank you for this easy cool hat, I can see myself making more. Hobby Lobby has a 30% sale on yarn so I got 4 rolls all integrated beautiful colors...the one I'm made now has burgandy, blue, and white...very pretty. ❤❤❤

I like this pattern Crystal! Thank you! For summer i might try it in a natural fiber rather than acrylic though. I recently came across about 10 Caron Cotton Ripple Cakes and some other cotton blend yarn i forgot i had! That was a fun discovery! A summer bucket hat would use a small portion, lol! I love your channel… your tutorials are so easy to follow. I made this hat in record time and was kinda proud of myself…I’m a rookie crocheter…. It seems pretty big…can you do one smaller?
I love this hat and am going to make one tonight🥰. To get a good indication of how big I want my hat, I measure the head circumference, taking that number and dividing by 3.14 (good old Einstein Pi). This has worked out well for me. Circumference/3.14=diameter of top of head.
That is so funny, I just made one of your older tutorials of a bucket hat, and I call it a Funkadelic hat because the colours were so vibrant and random. I love it.
