Looks so good--love blondies! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer and learned I now need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and the choline in eggs. Thanks so much for posting

thanks for the recipe i’d like to try it but biscoff+the butter is an overkill for me in terms of sweetness. any idea what should i do if i want to avoid adding the cookies/biscoff butter?

You can definitely leave out the cookie butter and biscoff cookies for a more traditional blondie!
