This is a perfect hearty salad! I'll cook the corn in the instant pot and brown it up in the airfryer! The dressing sounds delicious too 😋😋😋! Thxs !

@@HowToFeedaLoon Update. I took a full bowl with me and brought an empty bowl back. They loved it! I got there early, added the avocado there, popped it in the fridge, then helped them out. They appreciated the help and enjoyed the corn salad. So it's a win-win dish.

This was AMAZING!!! It disappeared almost as soon as I set it out! I served it with Fritos and tortilla chips and sour cream.
