I crave this salad so much. It was the one treat I'd eat during my weight loss journey each week. Yes, I said treat. It's a no guilt crunchy, sweet, healthy blend of a satisfying and refreshing snack.

Interesting combination of ingredients I would not have considered. I will definitely give it drive but omitting the oil as I do in most my cooking with the exception of dribbles of olive oil. Thank you for sharing 🌟

😋😋😍 Why canola oil though 😐 You can make it Much flavorful adding tahini sause or just sesame oil .. king of oils.👌🏻 Also almond oil if you wish ✋🏻😀

Yes, change up the oils as well. I use avocado oil sometimes. Also I am trying to make dishes typical for Switzerland and even though all of the mentioned oils are readily available in grocery stores, the only three oils naturally grown in Switzerland are canola (suitable for colder climates and higher elevations), sunflower and soy.

@@TheCookingSwiss Bon appetit. ☺️ I never tried Avocado oil as much as I want. It is very pricy in my region almost what is equivalent to 15 US dollars. They say it’s foresty, nutty but sweet. Someday! 👌🏻

If you are using canned beans, you can just drain and rinse them and add. Canned beans are already cooked and ready for consumption.

@@TheCookingSwiss Heyy, I replaced apple with mango and went with a mushroom omlette on the side as boiled eggs didn't seem okay to go with the salad. But on the whole, it was 😋. One of the yummiest, simplest, light yet super filling salads that I've ever had. This is gonna be a staple now. Thank you for this recipe.

use something different besides canola oil it is terrible for you. Also you can add vinegar first, oil and honey should not stick to spoon or spray the spoon with non stick spray

I suggest you use olive oil instead of canola oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice in place of vinegar. Also, get a chef's knife and lose the serrated dinner steak knife.
