So glad to have found you !!! here it is Christmas eve of 2021 & even Walmart are sold out of blueberry pie filling so I had this bag of frozen organic blueberries coz my family loves blueberry yum yum or blueberry lush this recipe for blueberry sauce saved the day and its really good I'm hoping though it thickens up as it cools off. Thank you much for sharing😍

Had hoped this recipe would be in the description area but no such luck, then hoped it would be shown in the video but no such luck. I use honey instead of sugar so will I have any trouble ? Planning on a double batch of this. Looks excellent

Can I do a tablespoon of corn starch to make it thicker so it is more gelatinous ? Or should I substitute agar agar? I’m using it for cheesecake.

Yes you can add an additional tablespoon of cornstarch. It will thicken as it cools. Enjoy your cheesecake!

The problem I have is few teaspoons of sugar is not a measurement. How many teaspoons. Also, lemons vary in size, so how many teaspoons/tablespoons of lemon zest. I watch a youtube video for exact measurements not to play guess work.
