Today I’m sharing with you 3 easy, yummy, and fast buddha bowls for healthy vegan and plant-based diet weight loss. These buddha bowls are free from oil and will help you reach your health and weight loss goals. These bowls are also great for those of you following a starch-based diet, or more specifically The Starch Solution as they are lower in fat and full of that yummy starch.
Also, Even if you are not a vegan, or interested in a plant-based diet, eating more veggies is definitely a great idea, so check out these recipes and try them out once in a while. These are sure to work well into your healthy weight loss eating plan.

White beans
Pasta of choice
Cucumber
Tomato
Spinach
Oil Free Dressing - www.hungryvega...
Add everything to a bowl once cooked and top with dressing. Enjoy!
✨ Taco Bowl
1/4 Block of firm tofu - pressed and crumbled
Add to a bowl, tofu, nutritional yeast, and taco sauce mix well.

Corn, Peppers, Rice (I love using all frozen and defrosting because it's super fast)
Throw everything in a bowl once cooked, top with more taco sauce if desired, and enjoy!
✨ Chickpea Bowl
Chickpeas
Broccoli
Rice
Nutritional Yeast - amzn.to/3zkOpBi (I use about 1/4 C)
Low Sodium soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos (I add about 1-2 tbsp)
Add everything to a pot and mix well. Serve and enjoy!

It’s not about the pantry, it’s about her fridge and freezer. When you get frozen rice and meal prep beans/potatoes/veggies, all you have to do is heat it up. No actual cooking required when you’re in a pinch

Your bowls are lovely. However, I have learned to do this plant-based thing so much differently after this summer. We’ve been building a tiny cabin, living on our property in a tent. It was the hottest summer on record here with temps about 20-30 degrees above normal. We had no refrigerator. I learned that even in extreme temps, fruits and veggies stay fairly fresh for 3-7 days. I go to the farmer’s market on w and sa, buying enough lettuce, beets, tomatoes, eggplant, cabbage, zucchini, kale, onions, garlic, and whatever other fruits and veg in season. I store them in the shade in a basket lightly covered with a cotton cloth. All meals are quick and simple, cooked over a propain camp stove or in a solar oven. Even now, I prefer to cook dried beans in the solar oven as they taste that much better. Even in my little camp kitchen I like to make hand rolled pasta and skillet bread with freshly ground wheat flour, too. Now that I’ve discovered the over rating of them, I may not even put in a fridge after this experience. There are many ways and many roads along this plant based journey. They all look delicious. I am still the only one plant based. I cook for 3 others who are not. Good news they have all lost atleast 20 lbs or more. Because I cook them a lot more veggies and fruits. I even make homemade dog food for my dogs hoping they will get healthier. Thanks for your videos

These all look delicious and super easy! My husband and I got four young kiddos and full time jobs so anything easy and healthy is just what I need! I’ve loved your suggestions of just cooking rice yourself and freezing it and then you can reheat and add to whatever you need. You are inspiring! I’ve been eating something similar to the first bowl non-stop for the past few weeks: Arugula, Spinach, Black Beans (or any kind of beans, I’ve tried kidney and white beans), Brown Rice (I make a quinoa-brown rice medley, this week I batch prepped some with wild rice also in a 1:1:1 ratio), fresh habernero, and the habernero-carrot sauce from Whole Foods for my dressing. I add some truffle salt I got from Amazon (I have low sodium so I try to season my food). I chop up the arugula and spinach so every bite is perfection!
