Recipe: - 1 cup frozen cherries or more 😜 - 1/2 cup oats - 1 frozen banana - 3 tbsp of UNFLAVORED 👏🏻 clean protein powder. Not only does it offer easy cooking and clean up, it takes less than 10 minutes to make and it’s yummy. 🔥 Crispy Tofu, Rice & Brocolli: Add tofu and fresh broccoli to an air fryer. Add low-sodium soy or tamari (about 2 tbsp), nutritional yeast (about 1/4 c), and a little tahini. Air fry at 390 for about 5 mins. I love your channel and keep playing with this process. I love your recipes but I keep runnjng into a few issues. 1. Meal planning and prep I find challenging and a bit boring. This is harder because my hubby is not on board. 2. I do not always feel sated this way, probably because I miss more standard protein sources. 3. I do not eat many key foods like potatoes and chick peas.

I love the simplicity of your recipes and your energy. I was just wondering if you had any issues with gas and bloating in the beginning of your journey? The fiber is a bit much for me sometimes

Send this reel to a friend so they have an easy & healthy meal Ingredients: Pasta (I use 2 cups dry) Any beans (2 cans rinses and drained) Any veggies (I like corn, peppers and broccoli) Veggie broth (enough to cover everything in the pot) Salsa or oil free taco sauce (an entire container, about 8oz) 1 fresh Avocado Topping: Oil free vegan queso & avocado Directions: Add everything to a pot (minus salsa/sauce, avo and queso. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer until pasta is soft. Veganism lie was exposed about 2000 years ago in the Bible. This is the God's word about John the Baptist, Matthew 3: 4: "Now John himself had his raiment of camel 's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his food was locusts and wild honey." The God sees no problem in eating honey and meat, but why? Here is the God's word, Genesis 9: 3: "Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." Yes, meat is a godgiven food. Deuteronomy 12: 15-16: "Notwithstanding, thou mayest kill and eat flesh within all thy gates, after all the desire of thy soul, according to the blessing of Jehovah thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the gazelle, and as of the hart. Only ye shall not eat the blood; thou shalt pour it out upon the earth as water." (ASV) A meat is a blessed food. Here is the warning, 1Timothy 4: 1-3: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why pagans are supported by authorities. This is the reason why many thousands of children under 5 die every day, but the inhabitants of Sodom don't notice that and struggle for animals rights. That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. He has anointed the king, Jesus Christ. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)

After I discovered honest Mary's I thought I'd really like to make poke bowls/Buddha bowls at home but I didn't know where to begin -- the quantity of ingredients seems to blow my mind. Don't get me wrong.... I'm no stranger to the kitchen and I can do some pretty complicated dishes (gluten roasts come to mind) but something about the poke bowl overwhelms me.
