Just pulled it on some high schoolers, took them three times of seeing the trick before they understood it😅😅

You set the deck up so at the bottom you've got the 5 then the kings under it. Their card goes on top of the deck. Then they cut the deck. Now the order of the cards in the middle of the deck is 5 then the kings and their card. It's the cut that puts their card directly under the kings.

It only worked for me twice😡😡

But finding their card is only half as impressive as finding their card with 4 of a kind in the middle

When the cards are cut the bottom 5 cards are placed on top of their chosen card

it depends on have you spread the card if you spread the card to the left the diriction of the card is to the left

Makes it more obvious that you’re not fanning out the whole deck if you have to hide almost 20% of the cards at the bottom

Or if they cut it more than once or three ways

If they make three stacks then you re-stack the cuts and make sure the bottom stack goes immediately on top of the top stack. The middle stack can go anywhere, so you just gotta make it look convincing If they cut it normally and then cut it again, it won’t make any difference as long as they don’t happen to cut it exactly between that 5 card stack
