I started a catering side hustle in May of 2023 with this guys recipes, I do it mainly Saturdays and it's made me $17,000 in about 5 months. Thanks, Miguel, funny thing is that's my name 2! Update June 2024: I quit my job as an Amazon delivery driver and do catering full time. I will make an estimated $150k this year, and to this day, I still marinate my chicken with Miguel's chicken recipe. This dude changed my life!
Hi there! Was searching in the comments for the mix of spices he used for the meat in this video and since he didn't say I was wondering if you can tell me what is the video of chicken marinade you are talking about, can't find the video. Thanks!
I made this but I used thin cut tri tip because for some reason it was $1 a pound cheaper than chuck steak🤷🏼♂️ I added a little cheese to the tortillas while they were cooking and it came out absolutely fantastic, go ahead and give it go.🔥🔥🔥
@@cesarconh895 definitely right, that salsa verde overpowers everything. I make a habanero hot sauce from scratch I put on, that’s about it. I like to let the meat, onions, and cilantro do the talking
@@DonJuan-up2zt yeah but some people need the to know the norm or homie will be using lemon pepper, nutmeg, seasoning salt or steak seasoning or some bs like that
My issue with many videos is the meat has little flavor. It's got a smokey or burnt flavor sure but you need to make up for it in many ways. This taco is alright, solid 4/10. Never eat again. Let meat in marinade for a day or 2 even with your seasonings (there's nothing to say this is what was done but even then, these seasonings are basic and you don't ever need to eat this). Salsa good but meat meh at best. That's what the problem is with many restaurants and youtube videos. A good taco has every ingratiate flavorful no salsa needed.
Heartburn city. I would still try it, without the onions. I have never put onion on this in my life. .my wife puts pineapple, so whatever makes one happy I guess is always the best. Nice presentation!
@@christopherwray4788 This made me and my wife laugh so hard! This picture is from 15 years ago, but I basically still look the same just with shorter hair. I do need to update it I guess but I'll probably still get the same reaction😅.
@@jorgejasso4291 never been an issue with properly done carne asada tacos. Although, I have grilled first and chopped after when making them at home and it is good, but I prefer them chopped up first like in this video.
Add some mustard when mixing the meat with the spices and mustard fry it. Don’t put so much but just enough and bam that’s a whole different world you just entered
