What meat to use:
Use any ground meat of your choice including beef, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey or vegan meat!
Can I make this gluten free?
For a gluten free option, use gluten free pasta including brown rice or split peas pasta.
Can I make this Vegan?
Use Beyond Burger meat or other vegan meat and opt for vegan cheese instead of regular cheese.

1 lb ground meat
4 tbs evoo
1 onion, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
Hot pepper
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs green seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 jar pasta sauce
1 box large shells, 8 -12oz
3-4 tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 package mozzarella, large cubes
Heat oil in a wide pot. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic and hot pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add ground meat, breaking up chunks with the base of a spoon. When no longer pink, add oregano, green seasoning, salt and black pepper, pasta sauce and cook for 15 minutes low heat. Add in cheese chunks and stir to combine. Stir in pasta and parsley. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
