Nah, it's a waste of chicken! I'd rather make a delicious chicken stir fry, with fresh veggies and rice. Hate the eggs, curry powder and cream combo - Yuk!
@@nox2dreamodie307 Quick and easy too! You can make a simple sauce for the stir fry by throwing together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic powder and a little chicken stock to thin it out - delicious!
I too live on my own its OK with alzheimers I could make this and think someone else did..I also enjoy hiding and finding my easter eggs 🥚so don't worry be happy 😊
Based in final result, would call it "chicken breast casserole" or just "chicken casserole". Just missing the pasta, tomatoes sauce and canned vegetable.
