Easy Chicken Parmesan A Classic Restaurant Style Recipe

I grew up Italian... there is NEVER a week that goes by without a gravy being made on Saturdays.... I used to get whacked with the fat, wooden spoons for grabbing olives and anything else laying in the kitchen ! Love and miss you Grandma.

My quick and easy method is to use Tyson chicken strips. I bake the chicken half-way then top with the sauce and bake until it has about 5 minutes left. Top with some shredded parmesan and mozzarella and finish baking.

Making this for my neighbors tomorrow, along with a martha stewart pasta resicpe. Its my neighbors birthday tomorrow, and a little short on funds so i decided i would just bring a bottle of wine and cook them dinner(and do the dishes). My buddys wife loves italian food, so i think this will be a hit. Also making a garden salad to go with it. Its her birthday, not his.

Something about this combination was always wonderful together. But I eat a lot less now and I'm doing good to finish one entree. And with the prices at restaurants, it really makes more sense to make it at home! You did it again! I'm hungry now! I too like Raos but I found Vittorios (sp) tastes equally good, only a little less expensive. Chicken and eggplant parm on Italian rolls also make a delicious sandwich.

Another tasty favorite that you show how to make it something even more delicious than it always is. I've been slicing thick chicken breast like that for a long time. It is amazing how much meat you can actually get from one breast. When it's thinner like that, you don't have to cook it as long and risk it drying out before you get it done all the way through. And chicken is definitely something that needs to be cooked well. If you've ever had salmonella poisoning, then you know just how important it is to make sure you cook it and pork all the way through. Thanks for another great video. I look forward to seeing how you put a yummy twist to dishes. I love what you showed us with something as simple as the cheeseburger but really kicked it up. You stayed true to the simplicity of a burger but really gave us ideas for new and different flavors that work so well. You've done it again with another family favorite. You never fail to show us new and better ways of changing it up and still staying true to the base dish. TY for another winner Catherine.

Your directions are so clear never seem to drag on, every recipe I've tried has turned out spot on and delicious. It seems like more times than not I have all the ingredients on hand, it's the best experience. The only down size is there is never leftovers, we eat it all.
