I love the blouse you are wearing in this video. Reminiscent of clothing I made and loved in earlier years. Thank you for the tree block, one of my favorite quilting motifs.
I loved making this ! I used green grunge for my tree,it’s 1 fabric but the colors in it make each tree look different .I quilted it with little packages and bows Thank you for this
TY sooo much for sharing the free pattern! I love it and have been looking for a nice, balanced tree block. I also love 12- inch blocks, they go together well with others if you want to change it up, or create a pillow. You’re right, tree blocks can look or be a challenge, but this one looks so good! I especially like that the tree is balanced, not too short or too blocky in the interest of making it easier. TY again.
Thank you! I have been looking for this pattern for a year now! I love seeing it in the December issue of APQ magazine! It's one of the cutest Christmas quotes. I have seen and easy enough for a beginner I hope!
Oh, Thank You!!!! As the printer was printing out this ADORABLE pattern it told me it was low on ink…I hate that! But, it got through the whole 5 pages but the very last page was still readable, SO WE’RE GOOD! Can’t wait to make this!
Thank you for this really cute pattern. This is exactly what I was looking for. I can make it longer by making more blocks and can make four blocks or nine blocks for a table topper or a wall hanging, plus the generous throw size. WOW! Perfect! Look forward to the ones that your friends are planning to share as well. So nice to find quality free patterns that should be not to hard to make! ❤
So you leave the iron hot on that silicone I don't know what to call it but I'm going to do it because I always forget to raise it and burn my cover ( I have the oslio lift but I love the mini) awesome tips thanks

Hi Amanda, thanks for the awesome tutorial on this simple christmas tree block. what was the size and name of pillow form you use for your pillows? Just curious.
I think there is an error in the tree block pattern The line of the stem should read 7.5 x 2.5 of the white on either side of the 2.5 x 2.5 of the stem color

If you’re on mobile you can download without logging in. The small down arrow on the left side allows you to download to your device. The right box icon to save will save to your drop box which you have to sign in for. Unfortunately it doesn’t let me see what it is on desktop but I imagine it would be the same. The small down arrow ⬇️ is to download, the box icon is to save to drop box.
