Easy Christmas Window Boxes - Red Magnolia Farmhouse Window Boxes 

Thanks Gloria! There is soil in the boxes. The lights are plug in - you could use timer led battery operated wire lights so there is no extension cords, but then at some point in the winter you most likely will have to change the batteries so I just went with an extension cord that matched our building closest. The greenery is real, but the red berries & red magnolias are artificial. I purchased the greenery at Home Depot & had the red berries/magnolias from Walmart (I purchased them there last year). In our Walmart stores they have a section of holiday floral in a craft section that is completely different/cheaper than the floral in their Christmas section. That craft section is where I found these - they come in larger bunches that I just used a wire cutters to separate :) -Christopher

@@ChristopherHiedeman I have a girlfriend giving me some cedar..spruce..pine...might need but a few pieces...they charge $60 for a arrangement here...make much cheaper than that..thanks..

Hi Amanda, the little trees are "spruce tops" and they are real - you can buy them in bundles at places like Home Depot :) -Christopher

Thanks Jody! The berry branches in this video I had purchased at Walmart (in their craft section, not Christmas section). It was a bunch of them for $3.50 I think. Many places sell them though like Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Joann Fabrics, etc. :) -Christopher

Hi BrandieSellers, They are regular string lights. I chose white extension cords (that are hanging down from the boxes) because they blended best with the siding color :) -Christopher
