Greetings from Texas. I know this pattern is a year old, but I had an issue with the crotch area. So when she says chain a longer number than 11, your chain must be in a multiple of 6, plus 5. Hope this helps anyone who may have the same issue.
Hi. No, i did not. It's meant to be wide legged. But, if you want a slimmer look, you can decrease by working 2 sps together on every 5th row. Or you can decrease by making 9 chs instead of 11 from the knee area down. I hope this helps.
