The cutest hat I've seen in my 76 years. Crystal, you are the be best teacher. Even the most daunting looking patterns end up easy to accomplish with the help of your videos. Thank you so much for all of your creations or new stitch patterns.
Crystal I decided to try this hat today because of the style. I’m left handed and when I was just a kid with my grandmother who was right handed teaching me to crochet. Watching her this is how I would and still to this day work my yarn on the hook. My right side of any crochet project is always in back instead of facing me. Any right handed person can pick up were I left off.
This hat looks good on you Crystal. You always say that you don't wear your creations but they look great on you. You should reconsider wearing your garments. This will be my next project. My daughter loves the hat too. Imma make her one. Thank you for another great pattern. Have a great day!!
Crystal, YOU look great in that hat!!! I’m not just sayin’ that! Cute!!! I think the brim gives a better look than a flat beanie does. Keep it! Wear it! 😀
I’ve made loads of Crystal’s hats, this one worked up lovely but is the first I’ve done of hers that came up small. I may have missed an increase row. The shape is good and I know a young teen who will like it. Off to make another one a bit bigger for me. Thank you Crystal xx
That hat is awesome, I'll be making it for my oldest daughter, she only wears Newsboy hats. I agree with Kim S. the hat looks great on you. Thank you for yet another great pattern.
Love! Love! Love! This is my favorite hat pattern of yours I've come across so far! 😍 I can't wait to make it! 🙀 You can definitely pull off wearing this hat, Crystal! Thank you for sharing! You are the BESTEST! Big yarny hugs! 🤗
I've only been following you for a few months. In those months, I've made at least 50 of your hats. Mostly the newsboy hats. You absolutely made my day with this tutorial!! Thank you, thank you! And yes, you can pull it off!😁
I'm not much of a hat person (they don't look good on me), but I really like this one. I may actually try to make this one. I love the color! Thanks, Crystal.
YES! You totally can wear that hat! It looks great on you. IM definitely making it. IM MAKING the puff baby blanket that you released last month. Love making it.
I so enjoyed making this style of hat. I have made a second one for a church member going through chemo. I am sure she will love the style. It's very different. Thank you
This pattern was so groovy to make I had to go buy the pdf! You're the bee's knees and the dolphins elbows Crystal! You rock! I hope you have a boss day!
Crystal you definitely can pull wearing that hat off you look cute in all of your hats. I'm going to try it and give it to my granddaughter as she loves wearing hats and I know shes going to look cute in it. Thank you for this great pattern. Hugs Maria
I love this hat. It would be perfect for me to wear for my walks when it's cold. The brim would keep the sun off of my face. I'm definitely going to make one.
I've been crocheting for over 40 years......I can't believe I've never seen the hdc done that way! I love it. I actually like the wrong side better, (and the join doesn't show up as much) so I turned my hat inside out. Thanks for teaching this old dog a new trick Crystal. Love the hat, and you look great in it. :)
i love the project. i however got the same effect by doing the same thing but forwards. i love your lighting, i was able to see clearly what you doing and able to follow. thank you again for sharing
Oh Ms Crystal I love it! I think it's you. Your smile gets me. I love seeing you model tour creations. The stitch is neat. I'm wondering an ombre brown would look great for this. I love the flip and botton!
The hat is gorgeous!! You can definitely pull it off!! So that stitch is interesting. I don’t see myself trying it only because working in the round is already challenging for me!
That hat is really nice. Love the colors too. The only person I know that could pull the look off is my oldest grand daughter. She looks great in anything she wears.
I don’t make hats so I don’t normally watch the hat tutorials. This hat is so cute that not only did I watch it from start to finish, I’m saving it to make!
So cute, I can't wait to try this one. Your tutorials are so easy to follow-I'm a visual learning even though I'm learning to read patterns too. Thanks again.
Crystal, you look so cute in the hat! But I can just see you in one made with brown shades..... ;) This is a terrific hat. I want to make one for my daughter--I think she would love it. And a little version for my 4-year-old granddaughter!!! I must get busy....lol I love the way you are so positive and encouraging. That is one of the reasons we love you so much.
You can pull that hat off...I love it...I wear 335 all the time. I made it when I first started crocheting...I have made just about everyone of your hats. Grabbing yarn and hook...I'm ready.
I was honestly just thinking of looking for a bucket hat to make when this popped up!! Great minds think alike 😉 that way of doing a half double really makes a beautiful stitch! Starting mine now, thank you so much! Much love ❤️
