I could be wrong, but I’m thinking, with the zucchini, squash and green tomatoes, you might keep them coated by just cooking a few at a time and to almost deep fry them. 😊Just a thought sweetieHave fallen in love with your channel within just the past few weeks. Love absolutely everything you cook and love just hearing you talk. You sound so very sweet and so kind. ❤I’ve been widowed 5 years, March 4 of this year. My faith, our 4 kids and finding ladies like you on RU-vid, has brought me a lot of comfort during these past 5’years. I heard you say you’re from the Knoxville area and for the past year, I’ve been searching for homes to possibly move myself along with my two youngest girls to the Eastern TN area. My husband and I had talked often about eventually moving somewhere around there or northern GA. We just liked the area and some of his family lives in GA. My 24 year old son is actually in Gwinnett, GA doing an internship thru North Point, this past year. But I’ve been thinking that a move, a fresh start, would be what my girls and I needed. So sorry for the long comment lol. Just wanted to share some about me and to let you know how ladies like you have not only added to my recipe box but you’ve helped a stranger here in Indiana who has had some of the hardest days, likely along with others who have harder situations than mine…And I’m certain I’m not the only whose day was made brighter by wonderful people like you. All of these look so good ! Can I give you a suggestion? Instead of using the egg in the squash just put a couple table spoons of buttermilk not soupy just to coat. Shake bowl then add your flour.
