Loving the recipes . I love couscous for lunch but sometimes don’t get chance to roast veg that I normally put with it so I’m definitely trying your recipe for lunch 😋. And I’ve finally ordered the chopper 😀. Happy days 😂

Hi Victoria another cuscus recipe that me and my mum really enjoy is mango chilly lime and corrida with prawns just make your cuscus up and add the ingredients we use pre cut mango and just cut it into smaller chunks, works best with fresh lime, and chillies freshly cooked prawns but you can use pre cooked and top with finely chopped spring onion. Really nice and fresh

I'm making burgers tonight and same problem, the buns are a bit small, but I used the rolling pin to hopefully get a better size bun, and I always toast the bread, my hubby wanted a crispy bacon and egg burger, with beans on the side. he won't eat salad, hope your mum's fine. I got my covid BOOSTER 👍 yesterday so ready to rock and roll x
