Here’s another quick and easy craft to up your Halloween decorating game! Total cost of about $10 per lantern, which I definitely call a WIN with how expensive decorations are now days! Another great thing about these is that you don’t have to worry about running extension cords or power since they are solar powered 👍🏻
SUPPLIES USED:
- We used the Hampton Bay solar-powered pathway lights. The top portion of the light is roughly 5 inches across which fits perfect over the jack-o-lantern we used. These were around $8 each at Lowes- but as long as you find a light that has a top larger than the opening of your jack-o-lantern it should work!
- Plastic jack-o-lantern pails. I grabbed a couple from Walmart for $1.98 each.
- Zipties

A hole saw that was just slightly bigger than the size of the light post.
