Wow -- I've been thinking and re-drawing outfeed table options for 6 months and this was a lightbulb moment! LOVE the design!

What router bit did you use to cut the miter slots?

I used an 3/4” undersized plywood bit. Any spiral or straight it would work - it might just take multiple passes. The 3/4” bit should work with only one pass 👍🏻 a.co/d/hMF7RPk

Awesome video! I just got a 36” PCS and this looks perfect for getting an initial out feed/ work bench going.

Thank you for this - where did you get that third support leg on the end of the extension table?

It’s from the sawstop overarm dust collection kit. I installed it but took the arm back off as I found it to be in the way - I just left the support leg assembled.

do you find the overarm dust collection effective? Thinking about buying it....@@mmcc_woodshop6288

Great video. Thank you for the time and effort to produce this. I have a question though. I notice you have a mobile base on your saw. Are you able to use it with your outfeed table? Thank you again for your tim.e

The mobile base still works fine, it does sort of ‘drag’ the outfeed table when moving but it’s easy to readjust with the leveling feet I added. I very rarely move my table saw 👍🏻

Great video, how do you like your router table, any changes you would make, can you give me the specs on your router table, I'm looking to get one

Thanks David! The router table I use is just a basic table with the pro lift, it works well. If I was starting over, I would just get the sawstop router table. I may try to build a router table into this outfeed table at some point 👍🏻
