So full disclosure I have moducases and about 10 of those figurine stands. I actually need more and at a shorter height. I just reached out to them 2 days ago but I’ve been looking for more alternatives since I didn’t want to use the same standard size riser from them with the same width. I need them to be narrower since I’m also using back half shelves in some cases. This video dropped at the most perfect time. I’m definitely taking this route as I’ll be able to fine tune them to the custom size I need them. Thanks for the in-depth tutorial.
I personally wouldn't use self adhesive leather for the shelves of the garage shelf. It will be more expensive. The quality won't be the same as the faux leather I talk about in my garage shelf build video. It will be less. You will need to find a roll of the faux leather wider than 24". If you are looking to bypass stapling the fabric to the board, you can always get Super 77 adhesive and spray that on the fabric and glue the fabric to the board. Thank you so much for watching!!!
