These decadent Chocolate Muffins are insanely delicious and bursting with chocolate flavor. This combination of a fluffy chocolate muffin and a gooey truffle center will sure become your new favorite!! Make a bunch to share or freeze them to eat later!
INGREDIENTS: (6 Muffins) （マフィン６個分の材料）
1/2 cup flour ー小麦粉 半カップ
1/4 cup cocoa powder ー無糖ココア 1/4カップ
1 tsp baking powder ーベーキングパウダー 小さじ１
1 egg ー卵 １個
1/4 cup Greek yogurt ーヨーグルト 1/4カップ
1/2 cup milk ー牛乳 半カップ
chocolate chips to sprinkle on top ー飾り用チョコチップ
For the ganache （ガナッシュ）
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips ーダークチョコ 半カップ
1/4 cup milk ー牛乳1/4カップ
**If you need to store them for later, keep them in refrigerator (lasts for 3-4 days) or Freeze in a ziplock(lasts up to 3 months), then reheat in a Microwave or Toaster oven until warm.
**冷蔵庫で保存（3-4日）もしくはジップロックで冷凍(3ヶ月)して召し上がる前にレンジで温め直しても美味しくいただけます。
