How to make colorful and sweet Easter themed bark.

Chocolate Bark Ingredients:
2 Cups Chocolate Chips (10oz/283g) *I used dark chocolate
1 Teaspoon Canola Oil (5ml)
White Chocolate Curls
Easter Themed Sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring after each. Stir in the oil. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and evenly smooth out with a spatula. Top with the white chocolate curls and the sprinkles however you like. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until solid. Break the bark into pieces. Store in a container or zip top bag in the refrigerator.

1 Cup Pink Candy Melts (120g)
Easter Themed Sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring after each. Stir in the oil. Repeat the process with the pink candy melts (excluding the oil). Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and evenly smooth out with a spatula. Pour the melted pink candy over top and swirl around. Top with the sprinkles however you like. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until solid. Break the bark into pieces. Store in a container or zip top bag in the refrigerator.
