I was struggling with winged liner so I got the stencils, and was still struggling. With this video I have finally nailed it! Thank you for such a great tutorial!!!!
finally, someone has put a tutorial up showing how to use these thigs properly thank you so, so much I have just purchased these and will try to use them but I have hooded eyes so i hope the winged will be ok
I bought these stencils and I love them! I have hooded eyes and it makes putting on my shadows so much easier and quicker. I highly recommend getting these especially if you have hooded. Great tutorial, Shonagh. XOXO

I saw another RU-vid artist use these same stencils. I had my doubts about them thinking they may be gimmicky, but I'm quite impressed. I think I'll be ordering these.

Simply because, when I am doing my eye make up I can't see a bloomin' thing because my glasses are off, lol. So this stencil will definitely make my life easier. Thank you for showing this. Crafty Loops Ahh, I'm pleased you find it useful. Do you use a magnified mirror when applying makeup? A few of my friends who wear glasses find the mirror helps as they can see then :)
Shonagh Scott Hi Shonagh. Yes I do have a magnified mirror, but even then I need to get so close that I constantly hit my brushes off the mirror. I have pretty bad eyesight. I either need to get shorter brushes or get lazer eye surgery, teehee. I'm as blind as a bat, lol. But until they make lazer eye surgery as cheap as chips, I'm afraid I'll just have to struggle on with squinting into my magnified mirror, teehee. Lee xx
Crafty Loops I am in the same position as you lol blind as a bat. I have the stencils, they're really the only way forward for the likes of us. I am delighted to see this video, it will help me to get better use of my stencils.
Carol Studdert Yeah! I'm not alone, teehee. It's so annoying not being able to see and if I could wear contacts, I would. I'm holding out for the day when some pharmaceutical company comes out with a "1 pill wonder" to cure bad eyes and I'll gladly be their guinea pig for that test, lol. I don't know about you, but I kind of get a bit frustrated when I spend so much time doing my eyes only to stick my glasses on and lose most of my hard work. Ok, make up is noticeable behind the rims but I sometimes wonder if I was to spend 1 minute on each eye, would anyone really notice that I took less time than usual on my eyes? I sometimes think all the time and fine detail work sort of gets lost behind my glasses. I must admit, there are times when I just stick on mascara and eyeliner and call it quits, lol. Thank you for this video! I love eyeliner, it's something I've been trying to master for a few years now, but because I have a lazy eye its difficult to apply eyeliner as I cannot see what I'm doing with one eye and it takes a log time to get both eyes right. Definitely gonna buy this stencil! thanks again x

Love the video! I'm curious about your eyelashes! Did you just use mascara? They didn't look fake to me and I'm very interested on how you get them so long.
Hi Shonagh, thank you so much for taking the time to teach your techniques to non professionals like myself. I have a question - I tend to suffer from watery eyes and I can guarantee whenever I want to wear heavy eye make up or liner, especially winged liner, my eyes start to water. Please can you tell me if you have tips & or product reccomendations that I could try? I find that when my eyes water I can dab the tears away with a tissue but invariably over time the shadow or liner i'm wearing has either faded or completely disappeared. Anything you can asdise would be truly appreciated.
Love this video I can always do the upper eyeliner but never bottom eye cause hands would always shake all the time now I know what to get Thanxs this is gunna help me w/ my new transformation 😘
Thanks for this great tutorial. I just got my stencils from Beth Bender yesterday and am excited to try them. Your video definitely will help me out when using them as it looks like your eyes are shaped like mine.
They worked well except the line was more fierce then I was hoping for. I'm not giving up though. I think I just have to work with the stencil a bit more to get a more subtle shape. I haven't had time to try a second time, but I will soon. Thanks for checking up, that was really sweet.
