Creative choices doesn’t mean that something is wrong. If you watch a lot of movies, famous directors choose to color grade where the skin tones aren’t retained. Lighting and creative choice doesn’t mean that you always have to follow certain rules, you can break them and create cool things.
@@MarcTaraz I agree with that, but to a point where that creative choice seems fitting. I just think you've went way overboard here with a "film look" that isn't a "film look". And unless the motivated light in the shot is allowing for it, the skin tones should be retained within the shot. I don't see that in this shot. Just a heavily pushed blue tint to everything, and I don't see any motivation as to why? But you're right - each to their own brother. Not a dig for digging sake, just what I see 🎥😎
