Thanks Emmy for explaining how to use my Instant Pot as a slow cooker- Vent Up. Usually I freezer only cooked meals and I blanch my veggies before freezing so this is interesting to freeze raw too. I would like to save more of my veggies for less waste cos sometimes my eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I thought veggies had to be at least blanched before freezing but I really don’t know. I think a lot of people will be looking at how to freeze all our in season fruit and veggies from now on 😊.
