The trick with thickening the sauce is to add flour and butter first, whisk for a little bit until the butter is melted, and then add your liquid... Whisk whisk whisk. Super smooth every time :)
The reason your flour got chunky in the first recipe is because you need to add slowly. A sprinkle at a time will slowly mix but if you do too much too fast it will clump. Hope this helps, I didnt see any other comments that said it

Hi there :) I'm super itnerested in the first meal and was wondering what you use as the sauce? I saw butter and chicken broth but was that everything? :) also when you freeze it do you just freeze the sauce or the pasta as well? Sorry for so many questions it looks good!
The cajun chicken sauce also has flour, white wine in it and cajun spice! I only freeze the sauce, not the pasta. Pasta does not freeze well at all. Hope that helps!
