Watermelon is one of my favorite things. It’s getting hard to find really good tasting ones though. Years ago the oblong watermelons were solid green no stripes. They tasted so good, but you can’t find those anymore. When I was expecting my children I craved watermelon. My hubby was so good to me and he would take me to a parking lot in downtown St. Louis where a man would sell watermelons from the back of his truck fresh from Arkansas. Ahh the memories. Thanks Patty for showing a great technique for making watermelon. I have been doing some watercolor for a few years now. I don’t have an intuitive sense of how to make the water and colors flow to achieve what I want yet, though. Watching others helps me with techniques. I too am doing the WWM challenge. I am doing the prompts, though. Yesterday was “Rusty”. I spent two hours painting along to the Frugal Crafter’s video on how to paint rusty metal. So fun! I look forward to see what you do each day! Thanks for posting your efforts! I will definitely try the watermelon! 🍉 😊

wow 38 journals!!!! i had guessed like 25 or so. well that's gonna take a couple years to fill I'd guess😅 what do you think? secret Santa stufd? how fun! I'll definitely try and peep which ones you've made, i think i know your style of creating, so i feel quite able. but who knows of course!
