This is by far the easiest bread loaf I have ever made. It tastes and feel like it isn't gluten free! Below is the link for the original recipe. I made some modifications of my own such as a longer proofing time and a specific gluten free flour blend that I prefer to use for the best taste. My sourdough starter is fed with brown rice flour, but I have fed it before with almond flour and the resulting bread loaf turned out ok. I hope you guys enjoy! Happy Baking!
