SALMON MARINADE
3 tbsp gochujang salmon glaze
3 tbsp water
Mix gochujang and water, place salmon fillets flesh side down in marinade and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
GOCHUJANG SALMON GLAZE
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup gochujang paste
1 tbsp soy
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Brush on salmon as you're taking it off the grill and serve.
