literally the style of sweat pants is supposed be like it before the band

as a 5’10 girl i can say i have never once had this problem, but i would literally do anything for trackpants that are long enough and then aren’t HUGE on my waist

I remember doing this when I was ROTC in highschool with our uniforms. It is a amazing hack. Just make sure to use bands you can disconnect so you don’t cut off circulation

If you really wanna do this, I suggest just getting boot bands. They wont break as easily and also they're for long time use.

Um i do not recomend you to that bc the blood flow/circulation will be stoped and you may turn pale and it can cause many problems so dont do that if your pants are big just fold down the elastic it works for me sometimes

It’s ok, but it gives you signs of nausea and the band is tight. It’ll make your blood circulate. So I recommend, that is to dangerous. Good hack tho, b ur bad way.

I actually like my sweatpants long but I use this hack when their longer than how I like it

This is a military hack, except we use blousing straps, which are just elastic with little hooks to hold together. We do this to our pants every day
