In this video, I’m sharing a collection of easy and healthy breakfast ideas for kids. Adults, don’t you worry, many of them are perfect for you too.
Some of these breakfasts take just a few minutes to prepare and some you can meal prep in advance so it takes just a few minutes to get them ready in the mornings.
Of course, I realize that "healthy" is very subjective for everyone and what I consider healthy, you may not. Kids also have very varying palates and your children may not eat the things that I have listed below. Or maybe you have little foodies with very sophisticated taste buds and that is awesome. I'd love to hear your ideas for easy and healthy breakfast ideas that your family loves.

Great ideas! My boys love sausage pancake muffins, that's a good one your boys would prob like too. For your banana pancakes do you add oatmeal? I do oatmeal banana pancakes and add blueberries in as well, so good. This is the first video I've watched of yours, gonna take a look at your channel. I have two boys and I cook alot, I'm always looking for new ideas. I try my best to keep them away from bioengineered foods, high fructose corn syrup, soy and all the other unhealthy junk in packaged foods. Thanks 😊

Welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to write and for sharing your ideas. I am always on the hunt for healthier options to feed my family too. I have made Banana Pancakes with oatmeal a few times, but my boys prefer the version without oatmeal, so that's how I make it most of the time. Hope you find lots of great recipes to try 😊.

I have the Cuisinart waffle maker and it does make two waffles at the same time. So convenient! Hello. I just recently found your channel and am pleasantly surprised by the years of content. One observation is that the voice-over/narration is loud and fast and feels rather distracting. The frames would be easier to follow if the intro/monologue were shorter and transitions to the preparation were more uniform. And the video ends abruptly.
