one other thought from when you were talking about drinking water: i have found that it when i stay extra hydrated, it helps my period be less painful and go by faster.
Morgan! This is my first comment on RU-vid ever lol but you deserve it. You’re a true inspiration & I love how authentic you are. You are literally the girl who pushed me to get out of my funk & get healthy again. Keep glowin girl. You’re amazing!✨🤍
I love your content so freaking much, the transformation in your mindset and philosophy of life and health is seriously astounding!! I love that you see health as holistic and all-encompassing vs. only losing weight. And you always give the realest best advice!! Thanks chica
also does anyone else agree that it is so much better walking with a dog or while pushing a baby stroller than by yourself? i feel like if i'm walking by myself its weird, but once i have a "purpose" i feel so much better about it
Sometimes I walk my dog in her stroller 😅 but she's kind of a slow walker so I have too plus she loves it and totally agree but I do enjoy a walk by myself too
Girllll your protein tips are amazing!! I have ADHD and struggle a lot with eating breakfast and food textures and just remembering to eat in general, so I loooove the protein coffee idea. Thank you!!
Whoa! That safety convo really surprised me so glad your okay. I hope your dog was with you and scared that person away. My doggo is my BFF and definitely protects his momma…some times from rabbits but it’s the thought that counts
Hey Morgan, I am from Kenya and I discovered you two days ago - literally! I am struggling with weight loss and your channel was what I needed. You are awesome and relatable.
This inspired me to go on a walk, I live on the river and it’s dried out rn cause Texas drought. I walked like 3 miles and did not want to stop. Can’t wait to explore again tomorrow and sad it’s taken me this long to explore that far!
Loved the video and the tips. Also appreciate the fact that you made it vlogstyle. It kept me engaged. Thanks Another habit i would add is fasting. We should do it every now and then to give our digestive system a break.😊😊
Thanks so much for all your videos! I've been following your advice for years, and it has made such a huge difference. The only thing I discovered recently is how low my protein intake was. I was really into veggies, adding lentils and chickpeas besides meat, fish, and eggs, but I didn't realize it wasn't enough. I'm from Europe, so we don't have this habit of using protein powder; we're more into natural food. However, I will try to find something I like. I also wanted to add two things-please don't take this personally, as it's more about me than about you ☺ I have to listen to your videos at 0.75 speed. It's not that you're giving too much information to catch at once, but I can't keep up with your speed. I guess it's a RU-vid trend nowadays to have fast-paced content and talking. It creates a sense of urgency and engagement when you're talking to a camera, and I understand that it's nice to jump-cut any pauses while speaking, like breathing, thinking, or umms. However, it's the first time I've had to adjust the speed. Which is great since you look like you just woke up while being still a bit drunk 😄 If it's your natural speaking speed, please don't change anything! If using "literally" frequently is, again, a natural thing for you, please don't change anything. If it's a language tic, we all have them in some way. But if you do it to seem different or trendy, please stop. You're perfect the way you are. I shared your videos with two of my friends, and they told me they loved the content but felt anxious hearing that word so many times, to the point where they couldn't watch more. Which is sad since your content is awesome...
This is the first video I’ve seen of yours, and I’m so glad you popped up on my recommended page! Thank you for the tips, I am going to try to implement at least 2 of these in my daily routine and hopefully grow from there as the days go by :) great video!!!
Hi Morgan, Vitamin D doesn’t produce cortisol, cortisol is basically stress hormone. It reduces it but it doesn’t increment cortisol. Just a clarification.
I may have misspoke! I meant that viewing morning sunlight increases morning cortisol levels. Not the Vitamin D specifically, I was referring to sunshine light to wake you up. Thank you though, I didn’t know it may not have sounded that way in the video
Your place reminds me so much of where I grew up! Can I ask where this is (just generally obviously)!? I am from northern Michigan. Such pretty scenery! I would love to sit out on a porch like that with some coffee and a book :)
Hey Morgan, there are some headphones on Amazon that don’t go fully in your ear. You can hear your music whilst being aware of your surroundings. I’m sure they’d be great for your walks.
If you mentioned this I missed it. Can you tell me where you got the bag you walk with. I am looking for one that won't hinder movement. That one look really good.
12 3 30 suckkkkkksss😩😩 I’ve tried so many times but holy crap it’s so hard to me😭I get legit 6 mins in and I think I’m gonna pass away😂 I haven’t been able to finish yet
I found you on youtube before yesterday and I love love love your videos because you are a normal person like me and you know the challenges that a normal person can have. You make me feel like I can do this. Not like the health blogger 😅 I always think they are a specific kind of human and I cannot reach these goals at all. But with you, I am sure I can. Keep up your fantastic and realistic videos. Thank you so much. Greetings from Austria ❤
more on earphones for safety: take a look at bone conduction earphones. I have a pair where the sound pads rest at the top of your cheekbones, so you get great sound by conduction but nothing is blocking your ears and you can hear everything around you.
Wow. I've been wanting to implanment morning walks but I have an irrational fear of being taken if i do. This pepper spray and alarm you have in the video are great ideas! Thank you for sharing. The links don't work for me but I'll def look those items up
Stop pandering to the weak people. Be more like Goggins. 😂 your advice is 100%. Of people want to feel good and get the benefits they need to stop making excuses and just do it. Thanks for the video.
