I love the protein coffee idea as I struggle with eating in the morning. However, I do not like the amount of sweetener that they put in protein powders. I don't like overly sweet drinks.
I'm just getting started on my weight loss journey I have a lot of stomach fat because I'm dealing with high cortisol but I'm excited to get started I hope it will help me feel better and that see some results wish me luck

Thanks for the video! I really just want to monitor my body. When I’m feeling low/not well, I want to be able to see my overall health stats, see if I’m getting sick, stressed, good on calories, etc. I already have an Apple Watch. I’m not all that concerned about my sleep schedule but it would be interesting to see that. Would this ring be good for those needs?
Do you count calories? I have a pro version of a macro tracking app and they said my macros should be 1300 calories and 120 gram of protein. I eat healthy but today I only had 100 calories left for dinner and I think I am missing something.
