I made this tonight after watching and it was so good! A little tip - we also like super soft carrots, so I bought steam in the bag from the produce section and did those like the potatoes. They were perfect!
Hey Lauren, that sauce you used in the pork chops meal I've been using for over 20 years. I make an old Weight Watchers recipe in the crockpot with that sauce also with pork chops. They are fall apart delicious! A family favorite at our home. I'll have to try it on a sheetpan meal soon. Everything looks delicious. Definitely some things here that I will be trying!
These look so good! The only thing I would do on taco night is incorporate onion into the sheet pan step, with the pepper (and I always substitute a bell pepper for a poblano or Anaheim) as I’m always looking to add as many veggies as I can. To the tomato I would have chopped white onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime for a pico just because we love that on every taco recipe (it’s definitely a personal choice though). Again, they all look really good and easy!
I saw someone buy a pork loin and cut their own chops. You can even use the marinated ones they sell. It seems like they are always on sale. You cam also cut them and use them for shish kabobs!
Hi! Thanks for sharing these awesome recipes! Wondering, with the first one with the balsamic vinegar, can I leave it out? I am way not a fan of it! Will it drastically change the taste of the dish? I'm a newbie, so please forgive my ignorance.
I would cut them in half and it should be good! I usually cook my potatoes for about 40 minutes and this meal took closer to 35 but if they were cut smaller I think it would work great!
