@@SanjanaTripathi-ut6ti and I know that..'pui sak' is little slimy in texture...far different from spinach..but in her video she mentioned those leaves as spinach(maybe she forgot the English name or there is some other name of those leaves in her regional language) and those are the ones I mentioned the bengali name..

Thats call Poi saaga in Odisha India... Its not same as palak... Mostly its stem is tasty and we cook with mustard paste... In normal oil also we can fry.... We eat the leaf as well along with stem... This is bit slimy... When its fruits are ripe they turned to perple color... We use the juice as purple ink...

for ur kind information, if u add mala broth then its become non vigan, its not vigan at all, mala hotpot soup base contain pork fat, beef fat,etc vegan soup base still not 100% vegan, so u had meat contain in hot pot 😂
