I'm making Japanese potato salad and also Japanese potato salad pork rolls. These are savory and yummy and a people pleasure for sure 😋
This is how I prep a quick and easy classical Japanese dinner. This includes meal prep of Japanese summer vegetables too.
These recipes use healthy, fresh and seasonal ingredients, so you will be doing something great for yourself. Cut the mayo a little if you want a healthier version of the potato salad. 😊
