EASY KOFTA CURRY RECIPE 

BEEF KOFTA RECIPE
* Ingredients for the kofta:
- 500 grams beef mince
- 1 large onion
- 1 slice of bread
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 2-inch ginger piece
- Handful of coriander
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp dhania powder
- 1 tbsp whole zeera
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp haldi
* Ingredients for the gravy:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp salt
Green chillies and coriander for garnish.
