For Koftas:
Chicken Boneless 1kg
Onion 250gms
Green Chillies 7pieces
Garlic 6Cloves
Ginger 1innch
Salt 1.5tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Cumin 1.5tsp
Coriander 1tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Oil or Ghee for Frying
For Curry:
Oil 150ml
Onion 2medium
Tomato 3 large (Paste)
Green Chillies 3pieces (Paste)
Water 2 glasses
Koftas 20pieces
Coriander 3/4tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala Pinch
