This is what I love about Korean/various Asian cuisines It’s so simple to make relatively quick, extremely flavorful food THAT still retains the individual flavors of it’s ingredients 💜
It’s kind of strange tho that he doesn’t try other Asian cuisine I mean why just make korean food Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia all have tons of different options as well
Wooow, I’m Korean but I’m learning from you.😂 You kinda figured out what the core Korean ingredients are: Doenjang (aka Korean Miso) and scallion (fyi probably for other dishes, garlic and soy sauce, too.) A big shout-out from S. Korea. 👏👏👏
