Little tip for next time don’t stir the egg for gyeran jjim you are just supposed to cover it and let it cook the eggs are not supposed to have it curdle and it is just a steamed egg and not a elevated scrambled egg 😊

love these recipes and korean food! little tip, if you want the cornstarch slurry to really thicken the sauce, you have to boil the sauce for a bit! either way looks delish!

Nobody who knows their way around a kitchen can watch a "cooking show" with someone who doesn't know how to hold a knife. Since this is supposed to be a passion project, I'd seriously recommend some cooking and knife work courses so that you can have a wider audience.
