well...i did it...a few minutes of resistance - but i get that feeling a bit tired but in a lazy soothing way.. i wanted to avoid over exertion.. a few points: is this to do with the heart and lungs (could be what i asked for liastnight when searching for yoga for relief of heart straing and blood clot... i know, right?) and i felt like... the affirmation from earlier played a part in this "i nurture myself I am nurturing myself I NURTURE myself...very strong like a relef. Also your hair looks nice that Colour and Style..🙂
