This was great - thank-you! The shoulder dips were the most effective I've done (I do them, but don't usually get as much out of them as other people seem to) you explained it really well 🤩

Would these moves work with down on forearms. I cannot put any pressure on my hands/wrists/fists.

Absolutely! Do them on the forearms... I do this myself a lot of the time!

Also consider blocks under the forearms. Might give you more space!!! And you can have a blanket on the blocks for padding 💗
