2 Tablespoons (TBSP) fresh Coriander
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon (TSP) sea Salt (or any other Salt)
3 Grinds white or black Pepper
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Guacamole Salsa
2 Ripe Avocados
1 mid sized Tomato
1 red Onion
1 Clove Garlic (or 1 TSP dried Garlic)
2 TBSP fresh Coriander
1 TSP sea Salt
5 Grinds white or black Pepper
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
Sour Cream Fix
3 TBSP Sour Cream (ideally 12% -15% Fat)
1 Pinch of sea Salt (roughly 3g)
1 TBSP fresh Chives
Garnish
1/2 red Chili
2 Oz or 55g of pickled Jalapeños
1 handful fresh Coriander (never too much Coriander)
1/2 Lime
Cheddar Cheese Sauce
9 Oz / 250g Evaporated Milk
3.5 Oz+ / 100g+ Cheddar Cheese
2 Teaspoons (TSP) Corn Starch
1/2 TSP smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP dried Garlic
1/2 TSP sea Salt
