chef? if maguse nang condensed milk, no need na ba ang evap?.. i tried this kanina but runny yong result.. namali kasi yong cornstarch+water mixture.. but masarap pa rin 😅
mali po yan sorry. dapat po fluppy yung texture. sobra po sa cornstarch ang gawa nyo kaya nagkaganyan. ang paglagay ng cornstarch ay dapat gradual lang. palpak po ito, bagsak sa authentic filipino maja. yung toppings kahit latik, cheese man yan or whatever sasarap ya basta tama pagkaluto. in this case, sa itsura pa lang hindi na impressive kc mali sya for the sake lang nakapaglutu. Sabi nga nila the eyes eat first before the mouth.
