These look so adorable, I love that they're made with crepe batter too! I'm always so scared to make crepes though, just because I'm afraid they'll totally break apart when I try to flip it LOL!
I feel like white cheddar would work better than mozzarella here, since mozzarella's flavor doesn't complement beef quite as well. Still a great recipe, though. You have a new subscriber here.
I think it's impossible to make East European food ( especially Russian) without sour cream or dill :) Eastern European food is overlooked a lot in parts of the world and I don't know why....it is friggin delicious. Here in the USA you hardly ever see a Russian or Ukrainian etc. restaurant except in the very large cities.....however if you go into a lot of peoples homes (especially in the Mid-West) you will find Mom or Grandma making a lot of these foods. these look very good and simple too, thanks for the video.
My Fathers side of the family is by design or chance 100% English, so you know what I mostly ate at Gramas house, however, my Grandfather died when I was only 4 and a few years later Grama remarried a Dane fellow, who brought with him a lot of different recipes, and Grama was good at them (she made the best Hungarian goulash I have ever tasted, I could go on and on lol). In the area in which we lived was mostly folks of Pole/German/Czech/Scandinavian/Ukrainian/Baltic/Italian decent. Mostly 2nd or 3rd generation folks, with a few old timers still around. I meant it when I said the common folks kitchen in that area had many of these foods on the table daily. You could see dill meatloaf with sour cream, fried cabbage, onion and bacon stuffed rolls etc . etc. Point is, these foods are not rare...just hidden.
So true!!! I lived in Ukraine/Russia for a few years and loved the cooking there. I always knew the sour cream, but could never get my soups/piroshki right. And then I had dill one day and that was it!!!! Love it!
Спасибо за рецепт! Обожаю блинчики с различной начинкой. Мясные - мои любимые - бабуленька всегда их для нас готовит :) Скажи, а есть ли у тебя рецепт картофельных зраз с мясом?
The food of the eastern countries of Europe is literally the best food ever!!! I wish we had such a great and diverse fold culture in Germany, and also I want to have śmietana here 😂
Wtf? Sit back down. You are not even German! If you were German then you would know that the German and Russian kitchen are quite similar. You are just another racist who writes nonsense about Germany. I am doubtful if you have even been to Germany before. Racist man.
OMG!!! I love these, I grew up on them. Being of Ukrainian background even though I am 2nd generation here we always cooked Ukrainian food like my Grandparents did. My fave blini is with roasted 'kapusta' and then breaded and refried in butter...I make those a few times a year!!!! Thanks for sharing Ukrainian foods.... my daughter last summer went to Kiev to visit relatives for the first time and said the food was amazing....do you have a recipe for Ukrainian Mayonnaise...???? She said it was so delicious. Maybe one day I'd like to see Ukraine also.
Aside from the great recipe, I really like the color of your dress(?) lmao 😂😂 but seriously, this recipe is soo easy and I bet it tastes good too. I can't wait to try it myself
Thanks, 1 cup of Mozzarella sounds bit expensive ( ~400g? which alone costs more than my full day ~3000kcal meal plan ). Even an Extra Large Pizza would need probs only 1/3 of that :D
Looks so delicious, I just found your channel, glade I did, you have so much amazing ideas. That I can't wait to see what I miss, Thanks again. & now I'm hungry.
I like this but I think we make our Belichick little different because we add beef 🥩 my mom makes the best ones it’s the best 😍 I hope you’re there are also 🤤😀😃😌😋😛😝🙂
I checked the recipe on your website, but it doesn't say this either-do you drain the grease from the ground beef or leave it in? In the video, it's hard to tell, but it looks a lot dryer than ground beef at that ratio does when I make it. Thanks!
